WoodFlow 2020

Commissioned by WRAP and delivered by Valpak Consulting with expert support, this report reviews the quantity of wood packaging placed on the UK market (POM) and recycled in 2014. It also projects future POM figures and recycling rates through to 2020.

Drawing on both primary and secondary research, the study engaged a steering group including Defra, the Environment Agency, ACP, the Wood Recyclers Association, and other industry experts. The findings provide reliable evidence to inform packaging policy, industry planning, and opportunities for improving wood packaging recycling performance in the UK.
