Projection years: 2020

The updated UK EEEFlow 2016 report, first published in 2017, provides new analysis of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) placed on the UK market and waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) generated. Using a baseline year of 2015, the study reviews flows to 2020 to assess compliance with EU recycling targets.

With recycling targets increasing in 2017 and 2019, alongside changes to EEE scoping, the update incorporates new data and stakeholder intelligence to reassess compliance risks. It quantifies 2017 flows, projects future trends, and helps inform 2018 B2C target setting, ensuring accurate and up-to-date evidence for government and industry.
